Your data rights (GDPR / CCPA)
How to exercise your right to access, correct, or delete your data
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under GDPR including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. California residents have equivalent rights under CCPA/CPRA.
Exercising your rights
Email legal@heuristicworks.com with the subject line 'Data Rights Request'. Include your account email address. We respond within 30 days.
Data export
To request a copy of all your personal data, email legal@heuristicworks.com with the subject 'Data Export Request'. We provide a structured export within 30 days.
Account deletion
Account deletion is available from Settings → Account or via the unsubscribe link in any Spexsure email. See the Deleting your account article for full details of what is deleted and what is retained.
