Terms of Service and EULA acceptance
What you accept when you sign in and where to read the full documents
Before you can access Spexsure, you must accept two documents: the Terms of Service (governing use of the platform) and the End User License Agreement (EULA, governing the software licence). Both are presented on the sign-in page as a checkbox you must tick before the sign-in buttons become active.

When acceptance is recorded
Your acceptance is timestamped against your account the first time you sign in. Returning users are updated on their next sign-in. The version of the EULA you accepted is stored so we can notify you if it changes materially.
If you are signing in on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
