Cancelling your subscription
How cancellation works and what happens to your account
Cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing by clicking Cancel subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal where the cancellation is processed.
Access after cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan's features and credits until then. After the period ends, your account downgrades to the free plan (50 credits/month).
What happens to your data
All your projects, PRDs, tickets, and generated content are retained on the free plan. You can view all previous work but cannot run new AI operations without credits.
Resubscribing
To resubscribe after cancellation, go to Settings → Billing and choose a new plan. A fresh 15-day trial is not offered for returning customers.
