Team members
How to invite and manage team members on Pro, Team, and Business plans
Pro, Team, and Business plans include seats for additional team members. Go to Settings → Team to invite colleagues.
Seat limits by plan
- Free and Starter: 1 seat (solo use only)
- Pro and Pro BYOK: 3 seats
- Team and Team BYOK: 10 seats
- Business and Business BYOK: 25 seats
Inviting a member
Enter the invitee's email address and click Send invite. They receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace. Invite links expire after 7 days.
Shared credits
Credits are shared across all workspace members. If one member runs a gap analysis, the credits are deducted from the shared workspace balance.
