Integrations

All connected services — Jira OAuth, BYOK key, and future integrations

Settings → Integrations is where you manage all external service connections. Current integrations:

  • Jira (Atlassian) — connect via OAuth 2.0 to enable ticket push
  • Anthropic API Key (BYOK) — available on BYOK plans only

Upcoming integrations

Linear, GitHub Issues, and Azure DevOps integrations are on the roadmap. When available they will appear on the Integrations page alongside Jira.

Security of stored credentials

All OAuth tokens and API keys stored through the Integrations page are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. See heuristicworks.com/trust.html for the full security architecture.
