Deleting your account
How to permanently delete your account and all associated data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Use the unsubscribe link in any Spexsure email, or contact support@spexsure.com.
What is deleted immediately
- Your account and profile
- All projects, PRD content, gap reports, enriched PRDs, and generated tickets
- Your Jira OAuth connection and encrypted tokens
- Your billing subscription (cancelled with no refund for the current period)
- Your BYOK API key (if applicable)
- Your MFA settings and backup codes
What is anonymised and retained
Security and activity logs are anonymised — all personal identifiers permanently removed — and retained for 12 months for fraud detection and security investigation. After 12 months they are purged. Billing records are retained 7 years as required by law.
Account deletion is irreversible. All your projects, tickets, and generated content will be permanently lost. There is no recovery path.
