Removing your API key
How to remove a saved BYOK key from Spexsure
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Remove API Key in the BYOK section. The key is immediately deleted from our database.
What happens after removal
On a BYOK plan with no key saved, AI operations will fail until you add a new key. Spexsure does not fall back to its own AI quota on BYOK plans.
Rotating your key
To replace a key with a new one: click Remove API Key, then enter the new key and click Save. You cannot overwrite an existing key in place — remove first, then add.
After removing a key from Spexsure, also delete it in console.anthropic.com to prevent any possibility of it being used elsewhere.
