What data Spexsure stores
A summary of all data categories Spexsure holds about you
Spexsure stores the following categories of data about your account:
- Account data — name, email, profile picture URL, and OAuth identifiers from your identity provider
- PRD content — text you paste or upload, and all AI-generated output (gap reports, enriched PRDs, tickets)
- Billing data — plan, credit balance, billing history, and Stripe customer identifiers
- Integration credentials — Jira OAuth tokens and BYOK API keys, both encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Security data — MFA secret (encrypted), backup codes (hashed), and session tokens
- Usage data — page views, features used, and credit consumption per operation
- Error and bug reports — any reports submitted through the in-app reporter
