Disconnecting Jira
How to remove the Jira integration and what happens to stored tokens
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to the Jira integration. This immediately revokes Spexsure's access and deletes the encrypted OAuth tokens from our database.
What happens after disconnecting
You can no longer push new tickets to Jira. Previously pushed tickets remain in Jira unchanged — disconnecting does not modify or delete any issues already created.
Revoking from Atlassian
You can also revoke access from your Atlassian account under Connected apps. This is equivalent to disconnecting from within Spexsure — both remove the stored tokens.
