Credit rollover policy
How unused credits carry forward each month and the rollover cap
Spexsure's Fair Accumulation Policy lets unused credits carry into the next billing month, up to a per-plan cap. This prevents credits being wasted in lighter-use months.
Rollover caps by plan
- Starter (140/month): rollover cap 550 credits
- Pro (580/month): rollover cap 2,000 credits
- Team (1,650/month): rollover cap 6,000 credits
- Business (8,000/month): rollover cap 8,000 credits
How rollover is calculated
At the start of each billing period: new balance = this month's base allowance + unused credits from last month, capped at the plan maximum. Example: Starter, 90 of 140 credits used → next month starts at 140 + 50 = 190 credits (within the 550 cap).
The free plan (50 credits) does not roll over. BYOK plans have unlimited credits and no rollover logic.
