Pushing tickets to Jira
How to push selected epics and their stories to your Jira project
From the ticket canvas, check the epics you want to push. Click Push to Jira. A project selector appears — choose your Jira project and confirm.
Push progress
The push runs epic by epic. A progress indicator shows which epic is being pushed. When all selected epics are complete, the canvas shows a success summary with Jira issue links.
What happens if a push fails mid-way
If the push fails for a particular epic (e.g. a Jira API error), that epic shows an error state and remaining epics are skipped. You can retry failed epics individually from the canvas.
Pushing creates real Jira issues immediately. Verify your Jira project and issue type configuration before pushing to avoid cluttering your backlog with duplicates.
