Setting up BYOK
How to enter your Anthropic API key in Spexsure
Once you are on a BYOK plan, go to Settings → Integrations. A BYOK section appears with a key entry form. This section is hidden on Standard plans.
Setup steps
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- In the Anthropic API Key section, paste your key (starts with sk-ant-).
- Click Save. Spexsure validates the key format and encrypts it.
- The form shows a green Configured badge when the key is saved successfully.
Verifying BYOK is active
Run a gap analysis on any project. If the credit meter in the sidebar stays unchanged (no deduction), BYOK is working. Your sidebar should show Unlimited credits in green.
Spexsure validates that the key starts with sk-ant- before saving. A full live validation against the Anthropic API is not performed at save time.
