Adding and editing sub-tasks

Sub-tasks are listed under each story. Each is a short engineering action such as 'Write unit tests for the login endpoint'. You can edit, delete, and add sub-tasks before pushing to Jira.

Editing an existing sub-task

Hover over a sub-task row to reveal the edit (pencil) and delete (trash) icons. Click the pencil to edit the text inline. Press Enter or click Save to confirm; press Escape to cancel.

Adding a new sub-task

An Add sub-task row sits at the bottom of each sub-task list. Click it, type the description, and press Enter or click the + button.

Deleting a sub-task

Hover and click the trash icon. Deletion is immediate. Re-add the sub-task using the Add row if needed.
